DYNA-ORT Suporte Dinâmico Fixo para Tornozelo-Pé Pendente - Curto ou Alto

Ortótese dinâmica em termoplástico disponível em 2 alturas (OP1195- Curta e OP1198 - Alto) constituída por:

• Uma parte interna em termoplástico de baixa densidade (PE-BD) que cobre posteriormente a perna e está em contacto com toda a superfície plantar. Envolve todo o perímetro do medio pé para uma correta adaptação da ortótese ao pé, otimização e contenção dos tecidos;
• Uma parte externa com formato esquelético em termoplástico de maior rigidez (PP) proporcionando um suporte rígido para controlar o posicionamento e alinhamento biomecânico do membro. Estende-se até ao limite proximal da cabeça dos metatarsos;
• O sistema de fecho com velcros entre as duas partes completam uma cómoda e firme adaptação, garantindo um adequado ajuste evitando deslocamentos entre o pé e a ortótese.
• É leve e os seus contornos são recortáveis, por outro lado o formato de baixo perfil facilita a colocação no calçado.
• Tem almofadas de proteção na zona dos dedos e na zona dorsal do médio pé, assegurando assim um maior conforto durante a sua utilização.

Efeitos:

• Impede a flexão plantar, evitando o arrastamento do pé durante a fase de balanço;
• Realinha todo o pé e permite um suporte no arco longitudinal interno;
• Estabiliza a zona complexa do pé+tornozelo proporcionando uma melhoria em todas as fases do ciclo de marcha, facilitando o desenvolvimento de padrões de movimento fundamentais para uma marcha mais natural;
• Otimiza a capacidade para exercer movimentos voluntários de equilíbrio postural e de marcha.

Indicações:

• Hiperextensão do joelho.
• Incapacidade ou debilidade na flexão plantar e ou flexão dorsal.
• Flexão plantar excessiva ( marcha sobre os dedos ).
• Instabilidade resultante de baixo ou alto tónus muscular.
• Falta de coordenação e equilíbrio.

Dynamic orthesis in thermoplastic available in 2 heights (OP1195- Short and OP1198 - High) consisting of:

• An inner part of low density thermoplastic (PE-BD) that covers the leg posteriorly and is in contact with the entire plantar surface. It involves the entire perimeter of the midfoot for a correct adaptation of the orthosis to the foot, optimization and containment of the tissues;
• A rigid thermoplastic (PP) skeletal outer part providing rigid support to control the biomechanical positioning and alignment of the limb. It extends to the proximal limit of the metatarsal head;
• The Velcro closure system between the two parts completes a comfortable and firm adaptation, ensuring an adequate adjustment avoiding displacements between the foot and the orthosis.
• It is lightweight and its contours are trimming, on the other hand the low profile shape facilitates placement on the footwear.
• It has protective pads in the toes and back of the midfoot, thus ensuring greater comfort during use.

Effects:

• Prevents plantar flexion, preventing foot drag during the swing phase;
• It realigns the entire foot and allows a support in the internal longitudinal arch;
• Stabilizes the complex zone of the foot + ankle providing an improvement in all phases of the walking cycle, facilitating the development of movement patterns fundamental to a more natural gait;
• It optimizes the ability to exercise voluntary movements of postural and gait balance.

Indications:

• Hyperextension of the knee.
• Inability or weakness in plantar flexion and / or dorsiflexion.
• Excessive plantar flexion (gait on the fingers).
• Instability resulting from low or high muscle tone.
• Lack of coordination and balance.
